The operator plans
The operator selects the date, customer, regular route, truck, and driver. Until the trip is published, the driver has no access to it.

Do you know how much each truck generates for your business?
Logiciel de gestion — TBTI
TICTAAC TMS connects your planning from Monday morning all the way to invoice collection. Every trip leaves a continuous, traceable record: the driver records mileage directly from their phone, the customer’s pricing plan is applied automatically, and the invoice is generated from the trips that were actually completed.

From planning to payment collection, with no duplicate data entry.
The operator selects the date, customer, regular route, truck, and driver. Until the trip is published, the driver has no access to it.

From their phone: starting mileage, scan of the signed delivery note, incident reporting, and ending mileage. The distance is calculated automatically.

The pricing engine retrieves the customer’s plan that was valid on that date and calculates the trip cost, while keeping a complete breakdown of the calculation.

One line per trip, reviewed before issuance. Validation assigns the invoice number and locks the document.

Payments are linked directly to their invoices in two steps: entry first, then posting, which automatically updates the cash position.
